Starfyn Recruitment is working with one of the UK's leading independent outsourced insurance buyers and claims resolution experts. They support their clients by helping them identify their risks, design their insurance programs, improve the reliability of their cover and manage costs.
Due to their continued success and growth, they are looking for individuals with a desire to build a successful career within sales to join their Outbound sales team in order to sell company health checks to potential clients via outbound calling. If you are ambitious, conscientious and looking for your next challenge within a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable speaking to high-level Directors, then this could be the role for you.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

To be considered for this role you will need to be degree level educated with ideally, some exposure or interest in B2B Sales. Alongside this you will need to have exceptional communication skills across all levels as you will be talking to C-suite decision-makers, ranging from FDs, COOs, CFOs, CEO's and MD's.
The role focuses on making high-end outbound B2B calls and also includes dealing with warm inbound leads as well-meaning will need to be confident, articulate and persuasive. Entry-level applications are also being considered for this role.
